Who we are

TGCA was created end of 2019 by 6 professionals sharing a common passion and dream: how to develop a group of individuals and create a sense of collective mindset. Totalizing 100+ years of professional experience in teams, groups and executives coaching, leadership experiences, trainings and certifications in most of the business models and psychological approaches.  Our goal is to create the practitioner certification in group and team coaching that doesn’t exist yet.

The training we offer is not only about developing a set of competences but deeply transform you as a human being in order to become more than a coach, a facilitator, or a leader… To gain impact and charisma thanks to collective intelligence facilitation skills. This training is aiming at developing your impact on a group of individuals without taking the leadership of the group, but by creating the right conditions that will allow collective intelligence, commitment, responsibility, creativity and trust to emerge.

We are convinced that the power of a team is not only the sum of each individual’s skills, but is generated by the quality of their interactions.

Therefore, we decided in 2019 to combine our talents to offer you the best of our knowledge, experience and human qualities and propose you the practitioner certification in team and group coaching we would have loved to follow years ago.

Marc Sonnaert

Marc Sonnaert

As a professional viola player in a string quartet, Marc learnt to master the art of appropriate timing to join or step back during musical encounters between high-pitched violins and robust cellos.
The subtle yet confident presence of the viola (and its master) is key to what Goethe called "the intelligent dialogue" that leads to notes blending into soul rising music.
As a facilitator in a business context, this skill proves to be a unique asset when guiding people towards more effective collaboration.
An Executive MBA supported Marc's switch to the business world, which he complimented with extensive exploration of creative facilitation techniques, such as LEGO® Serious Play®.
